The Chubb Central Monitoring Station (CMS) and Emergency Control Room combines Chubb''s expertise in electronic and personnel security to deliver a trusted and reliable around-the-clock monitoring service. Experienced bilingual operators are trained to remotely monitor burglar, fire alarms and CCTV systems and determine if an alarm was falsely activated or genuine. If the latter is the case, Chubb can dispatch an emergency team to investigate and secure the premises pending the arrival of the relevant authorities and / or the key holder.
